About the Artist: Design major Maki S. of USC found the muse for this illustration in her three adopted dogs. During the pandemic, Maki's family dog Choby was joined by orphans Sandy and Ace. The playful trio provided much needed spirit-lifting during those difficult times. 'Our pets' goofy antics, unconditional love, and sheer enthusiasm for life are contagious,' Maki says. Transforming their home into 'a sanctuary of laughter and warmth.' In her whimsical design, Maki hopes to capture the feeling of canine freedom, while sharing how adopted pets can teach us resilience and the importance of life's simple pleasures.
For every BOBS® purchase, a donation is made to animals in need.
